ABSTRACT
In flotation systems goal is to controlling the Grade and Recovery. To achieve this goal, of different
numerical methods or sampling and analysis used. Accuracy lack of measurement equipments, lack of knowledge
about process and deficiency in data analyses in flotation cell controlling, leads industrial companies to using
of numeral methods.By aiding of achieved data through experimental p l a n in DTP line at Gol gohar industrial
and mining company, a model based on analysis of variance were offered. In order to emending of mentioned
model, after variance analysis a factors and inflections, various type of model were studied and final model
based on 75% data were emended. In order to surveying on model accuracy, the model were tested through
25% (rest) of data. Model coefficient of certainty that is used as model accuracy index, in education and test
are 74% and 71% respectively. Afterwards from back-propagation model, natural network used and models
with different number of layers and neurons were used. The best results were for 1-27-6 model which gives
uncertainty factor of 99% and 98% for t r a i n i n g a n d t estin g t h e m o d e l , r e s p e c t i v e l y . Due to the
complexity of neural network models and the relatively low accuracy of the regression models using
neural network has priority If access to Specialist. Also, for controlling and optimization of flotation cells,
the results of natural networks c a n be used as capable systems. It can be derived from the results of natural
network model as expert systems for control and optimization of flotation cells used.
