Why are the vaccines still in use? Essentially now, if not for the governments supporting the
research and development, manufacture and even mandating administration of vaccines, the
industry would not exist. If the government were not using our tax dollars to fund and feed this
medicalpharmacoindustrial monster, it would not exist. So what the heck is going on? The
vaccines are not only a way to manipulate the health and welfare of a population; they are also
the way to maintain power over that population. The sickest thing about this vaccination disease
is that the very victims of this abuse pay to be abused, but under the guise of “health care
delivery”-you don’t get more sycotic than that!
If one was to investigate the history of the PHS, Public Health Service in the United States, one
would see the mystery unfold. The United States, AMA, American Medical Association in 1856
took the wand of Hermes encircled by two snakes as their symbol and subsequently the PHS,
Public Health Service. [Ref Hart GD, 1972. The earliest Medical Use of the Cadeuses. CMA
Journal 107:1107-1110].
Significance of the staff of Hermes over the staff of Aesculapius is discussed as well in my book,
but the message is clear, the only medical group in the world using the wand of Hermes, the
“Divine Deceiver”, protector of thieves, whose association with pharmacy and alchemy and
mediation between the realm of the dead and the kingdom of the gods, is none other than the
American Medical Association of the United States of America.
As early as 1871, John Maynard Woodroth the 1st Supervisory Surgeon adopted a military model
for his medical staff as a part of the system reform. In 1912 PHS legislation was enacted by
Congress and broadened the powers of the PHS. The PHS is the history of “health defense” in
the United States. For more than 200 years this agency has been the nations frontline against the
spread of disease.
The union of those PHS scientists who came from the research labs in 1920 and commissioned
into military service in order to meet the demands for “medical” help due to the number of
medical doctors falling sick with the 1918 Great Influenza was the marriage of “scientific”
researchers becoming the “medical doctors” that would change our health care system forever.
In 1944 the PHS Act defined the shape of medical research in the post war, WWII world.
From that time on the focus of “experimentation” and “biotechnology” slithered into the halls of
the hospitals and gained license to “treat” patients based on the “experimental science” this
group truly represented. This was the confirmation of orthodox medicine in America into
“medicines of speculation”. This event marked the “licensing of experimentation on the sick and
preventative health care via laboratory imaginations”, the NIH [National Institutes of Health],
NCI [National Cancer Institute], RTP, NC, [Research Triangle Park] and the securing interest of
the government to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
In 1947 $4 million in grants were awarded, in 1957 the number grew to $$100 million, in 1974,
$$$ 1 billion as vaccination and genetic engineering was promoted. NIH part of the US Dept of
HHS, primary federal agency for condition of supporting medical research and is composed of
27 Institutions and campuses. Luther Hartwell Hodge, Democratic Governor of NC 1954-1961
and US Secretary of Commerce under US President Kennedy and Johnson developed the
Research Triangle Park in North Carolina.
The former Head of the Human Genome Project that morphed out of the Special Virus Cancer
Project, then the Virus Cancer Project was tapped last year by Obama to head the NIH [National
Institute of Health] of which the Warren Grant Magnuson Clinical Center at the NIH Campus is
right here in Bethesda, Maryland. Warrant Grant Magnuson Clinical Center is America’s largest
hospital devoted entirely to clinical research.
In 1969-Victor McKusick published the Mendelian Inheritance of Man and initiated the Human
Genome Project and founded the Division of Medical Genetics in 1957. In 1972, a
microbiologist is allowed by the US Government to “patent genetically engineered life forms”,
taking the “magic of alchemy to an obscene new level”. In 1973 Recombinant DNA Technology
was “perfected” according to the PHS and in 1976 Genentech, Inc. was founded with Dr. Herbert
Boyer who worked with Stanley N. Cohen of Stanford University who pioneered Recombinant
DNA Technology. The venture capitalist Robert A. Swanson along with Boyer founded the
biotech industry. Swiss pharmaceutical company Hoffman La Roche now owns Genentech, Inc
having completed the purchase in 2009 for over 46 BILLION DOLLARS.
Out of this union was birthed the marriage of science and technology which included the
experimentation with patients of the crucibles of genetic experimentation. Since Congress
enacted the ERSA, Employee Retirement Security Act, our Social Security has provided an
important source of financial investment for the stock market which is where financial support
comes for the pharmaceutical companies research and development and the biotech industry on
genetic engineering. This is the state of the union; our retirement monies secured in the
government are being used to gamble on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology endeavors of
which there appears little regulation or policing.
Stanley N. Cohen developed a new technique for transforming DNA the molecular basis for
heredity. He specifically made it possible to put genes in unrelated species and therefore was first
to create the “chimeras” of recombinant DNA technology. This genetic engineering in the 1970’s
introduced modern “biotechnology”. The knowledge promised new ways to overcome disease,
increase food production and preserve renewable resources, specifically mentioned was “over
coming antibiotic resistance”.
Questions were raised about the dangers of this technology that might be inherent. The concern
for the potential existed for organisms altered by recombined DNA to become hazardous and
uncontrollable. [I am thinking here about Jurassic Park and the Chaos Theory]. Despite the need
for regulation and policing of this new knowledge, the National Academy of Sciences set to
establish restrictions on genetic engineering. Cohen contended that public outcry over the safety
of DNA experiment resulted in an “overly cautious approach that slowed progress of DNA
research and reinforced the public’s belief that real, not conjectured dangers existed in the field
of biotechnology.
Cohen publically stated “for the record” that billions of bacteria played host to DNA molecules
from many sources, those DNA molecules were grown and propagated without hazardous
consequences of far as I am aware of “. It is important to point out however that the majority of
his experiments were carried out prior to the strict containment procedures specified in current
federal guidelines.
Stanley Cohen’s work is now responsible for transporting between unrelated microbes
transformed DNA and therefore the molecular basis for hereditary. The techniques he developed
was the birth of the biotechnology industry-although it promised to bring new ways to overcome
disease, increase food production and preserve renewable resources in fact it is proving the exact
opposite. Another researcher partnered to Stanley Cohen is Dr. Herbert Boyer whose work with
restrictive enzymes could be used like scissors to cut DNA fragments from one source to be
transformed to another source via plasmid vectors.
Cohen downplayed the possibility of genetically engineered recombinants to be hazardous and
uncontrollable and is responsible for the lack of policy that should be present to control and
patrol genetic engineering. The jumping genes they developed are now the reason bacteria are
now considered “super bugs” with total resistance to all antibiotics.
Dr. Treje Traavik has already some out publically with statements as well as Dr. Ruth Berkleman
about the concerns of the Rabies, Bordatella, and other veterinary vaccines being responsible for
emerging public health issues.
Dr. Mae-Wan Ho expressed her concern in the UNHOLY ALLIANCE-published in the
Ecologist Vol 27, No. 4 July 1, August 1997. Genetic engineering is a technology designed
specifically to transfer genes horizontally between species that do not interbreed. It is designed to
break down species barriers and increasingly to overcome the species defense mechanisms which
normally degrade or inactivate genes. For the purpose of manipulating replicating and
transferring genes, genetic engineers make use of recombined versions of precisely those genetic
pathogens causing diseases including cancers and others that carry and spread virulence genes
and antibiotic resistance genes. This biotech technology contributes to the increase in the
frequency of horizontal transfer of those genes that are responsible for virulence and antibiotic
resistance and allow them to recombine to generate new pathogens. Dr. Ho cites the following
anti GMO stance, highly virulent strains of infectious bursal disease (IBDV) is spreading through
poultry industry in the northern hemisphere. Now it is infecting Antarctic penguins causing mass
mortality. Monkey pox a potentially fatal is spreading through central Zaire. New strains of
distemper and rabies viruses are in Africa. WHO listed 30 new diseases in last 20 years.
Pathogenic bacteria and antibiotic resistance to the horizontal gene transfer technology of
Stanley Cohen and Hubert Boyer. Cholera outbreaks in India in 1992 and Strept epidemicus in
Tayside in 1993 and E.coli outbreaks in Scotland recently are also examples. From Bubonic
Plague to influenza all are due to the horizontal genetic transfer of genes that should never have
crossed the line. Rabies vaccination in cattle is now making rabies a permanent infection in this
species. There is a new mutant strain of rabies that is species jumping without a need for a bite to
transmit rabies. The transmission is like the spreading of the common cold!
The increasing pathogens is rising not only from the use of vaccines and the use of antiviral and
antimicrobial drugs, they are also increasing do to the unleashed genetically engineered
“biotech” that was never regulated or policed.
