As Sales Manager (m/f) Baltic States you are responsible for
coordinating and controlling the sales activities in North-East
Europe, as well as selling our products at the respective markets
in coordination with the sales management Eastern Europe.

The location of your workplace will be adjustable.


Your tasks in detail will be developing sales and market introduction concepts for the assigned markets independently in coordination with the regional sales management. You take over existing business relations and develop new business segments in
the assigned markets. Implementation of new products in the
market will be part of your job as well. Furthermore, you support
the sales and revenue planning. You are responsible for regular
analysis of cost and result performance and managing of profitability by adequate market pricing. You create monthly reports and
communicate all market information to the European headquarter. Additionally, you are the main contact person for internal and
external customers and you ensure that annual goals (volumes,
prices and customer strategy) are achieved.
Necessary qualification:










Successfully graduated in business administration or comparable education
Experience in fertilizer business and bulk logistics is an advantage
Knowledge of the agricultural sector is beneficial
Very good computer knowledge required, especially the MSOffice package
Excellent English knowledge is essential, other languages
e.g. Russian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian, Hungarian etc.
are considered as an advantage
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently, responsibly and pro-actively
Target- and result- orientation
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
High flexibility and readiness to business travel



