Job Dimensions: Number of people who report directly or indirectly: 3 – 4 / Need based Key Challenges Main Interactions Designing & Implementation of best in class Employment / Placement process for the organization Managing the pre placement to post placement processes as per SOW and the SOPs Relationship Management Identifying Job opportunities with Corporate & Govt. and placing the Skilled Candidates. Internal Directors Placement team Project Management team Skilling Team External Corporate establishments Human Resource Heads, Business Heads of various Organizations Public Sector Undertaking www.vispl.co.in 1 www.vispl.co.in Key Responsibilities Strategize and define the Employment / Placement process and policies for the organization in consultation with Executive Committee. Employment / Placement tie ups with Corporates & Govt organisations for Employment / Placement of the Skilled Candidates. Planning, forecasting and validating the Employment / Placement needs and mapping it with the internal requirement, Client requirement & skilled available talent pool. Overall responsibility of the internal automated tool – E - portal for raising requirements, tracking referrals, Employability activities etc. Overall tracking of the Employment / Placement data and sharing weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports on the same with the management. Facilitate career counselling to the candidates. Facilitate professional resume writing and getting the same updated on Internal & external job portals for better Employment / Placement prospects Conduct candidates’ interview to know about their ability and efficiency. Post Employability Support to the placed Candidates Market research and analytics Reporting & MIS Qualification Graduate / MBA with 12 - 15 years of relevant experience into Corporate relations / Employment / Placement Skills Required Relationship Management Business Acumen Reasoning abilities, creativity, business judgment, tolerance for ambiguity.
