It's not only children who grow.
Parents do too. As much as we
watch to see what our children do
with their lives, they are watching us
to see what we do with ours. I can't
tell my children to reach for the sun.
All I can do is reach for it, myself.

Recovery….
We are “recovery’ oriented in our
philosophy of care and believe that :
 It is important to provide
parents with the psychosocial
education and support in
promoting their own health and
well-being as well as their
children and families;
 Families and friends embark on
the process of recovery
alongside their
children/relative/loved one;
 Parental Mental Health issues
are treatable and recovery is
possible.
