This Application must be used legally and appropriately in accordance with all current laws and
regulations, also as they relate to the protection of personal data. Wind Tre S.p.A. is the controller
of the treatement of personal data. The processing of such data will be done for purposes
related to, or instrumental to, the supply of the Application, and in accordance with the Italian

You accept that by using the option to share contents via Facebook or Twitter, provided by the
Application, a publicly visible message will be shown on your wall within the Social Network which will
inform third parties that you are using the Application “Play Chef”. Consequently, by using the
Application through Social Network, you accept that your consumer preferences can be identified by
third parties.
