the outcomes in terms of ‘growth of its Faculty Members’ and ‘transformations in its students through its programs’. Toprated universities of the world have recognized the need and invest in continuous training of academic administrators. In
our country, GTU is probably the only University, which has been organizing the annual leadership summit. Dr Shaileshbhai
Thaker has again brought together the best of the thinkers about the idea of Leadership to the Fourth Annual Leadership
Summit.
