DIGI Telecommunication and Provider Ltd. rules and conditions regarding spam DIGI Telecommunication and Provider Ltd. (further: DIGI Ltd) forbids using its services in any way that may deliver spam or unsolicited e-mails. DIGI Ltd’s services may not be used for delivering spam, or for any activity that may transfer spam on any DIGI Ltd. service line, or to any DIGI Ltd. customer. In addition, when using DIGI Ltd’s service lines please consider the following rules for sending appropriate e-mail: • Cannot use or contain invalid or fake header; • Cannot use or contain invalid or non-existing domain; • Cannot use any procedures which may disguise or hide the source of origin, or contain information which may identify data’s transport route; • Cannot use false addresses; • Cannot use third party e-mail address; cannot forward from or through third party devices without third party’s permission; • Cannot violate DIGI Ltd’s condition of use. DIGI Ltd. forbids collecting e-mail addresses and data, or obtaining these through data mining or any other means, from or through DIGI Ltd’s service lines. DIGI Ltd forbids collecting data about users and customers using DIGI Ltd’s services. DIGI Ltd. forbids using or attempting to use its services in any way that may harm, block or overload any part of DIGI Ltd’s service line, or in any way interfere with quality service to DIGI Ltd’s users. The use of DIGI Ltd. service lines for sending unauthorized spam - including spam that violates these rules and conditions - will result in prosecution of the senders and collaborators to the fullest extent of the law.
