business. We provide quality filtration solutions that ensure a safe, healthy and productive indoor environment for
our quality customers while cultivating a family atmosphere for our employees.
To continue our growth and success, The Filter Shop is currently looking for entry-level Assembly Line/
Production Workers in Edmonton, Alberta.
Overview:
This entry-level position is responsible for producing high-quality air filters and organizing production materials
efficiently while maintaining safety as a number one concern.
The working hours: Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 4:00 PM. Possible overtime on the weekends.
Responsibilities:





Assemble air filters, including working with metal screen and fiberglass pads
Tape and label assembled filters
Put assembled filters into boxes
Move and organize boxes and production materials
Clean up machines at the end of shift
Qualifications:










Prior experience with production is not required – On the job training will be provided
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position: heavy lifting, standing, walking for
extended period of time, repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity, exposure to noise and dusts
Effective communication in English, oral and written
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stay focused on the tasks and prioritize them
Quick learner with good attention to details
Ability to work well individually with little directions as well as on a team.
Responsible and self-motivated
Must be authorized to legally work in Canada
Must be bondable. All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment security background check
