B. Make – up Test
1. NO make – up will be given for missed quizzes.
2. Make-up for missed long tests may be given within one week upon return of the student and
presentation of the make-up form signed by the parents. In case the student fails to take the
make-up within the given period, the corresponding grade in the quarterly examination will
serve as the grade for the missed long test.
C. Formative Assessments
Formative assessments will be given in the form of but not limited to drills, recitation,
boardwork, seatworks and assignments.
