The Restoration of Limited Government and Personal Freedom by Impeachment
of the President of the United States
The general duties of the President of the United States are set out in Article I Section 7 they are to sign
Bills he approves or to return them with his objections. The President of the United States has no other
constitutional duties. However, every person elected by Presidential Electors to be President of the
United States of America has, thereafter, voluntarily taken this oath: “I (Name of the President of the
United States of America), do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the
United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the
United States.” This oath does not impose new duties on the President of the United States or the
President of the United States of America. Physically taking the oath of office of President of the United
States is the only qualification for that office, so when the President of the United States of America
takes that oath the illusion is created that the President of the United States is vested with “the
executive power” of Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 of the Constitution of September 17, 1787.
The Article I impeachment of the President of the United States is conditioned only upon the Chief
Justice presiding at the impeachment.
The President of the United States is not elected by the Presidential Electors. The President of the
United States of America has merely followed precedent set by George Washington, who was the first to
combine the offices of President of the United States of America and President of the United States.
Because the President of the United States is not elected to that office, he serves at the pleasure of the
House of Representatives and the Senate.
Article I, Section 2, Clause 5 of the Constitution of September 17, 1787 confers on the House of
Representatives “the sole Power of Impeachment,” which means it can bring charges of impeachment
under Article I or Article II. The only constitutional requirement in the case of an Article I impeachment
of the President of the United States is that the “Chief Justice shall preside.” The conditions for an
Article II impeachment are set out in Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution.
The Constitution of September 17, 1787 was deceptively written to permit its misinterpretation in favor
of a larger government. If you want rational limited government and a restoration of personal freedom,
you must send this article to every member of the House of Representatives.
