

with sharp blade

Safety

 Cut materials flat over the surface of a cutting mat
 Cut away from your body and others
 Place your hand or a ruler to hold down the material
you are cutting. Press down firmly.
 Ensure that you never cut towards yourself
 Ensure that the blade is properly placed and cover
the blade when not in use
