Create word pyramids using ALL of your spelling words. This activity will give you
the best practice for the spelling test. Here is an example of a Pyramid for the word

Write ALL of your spelling words in ABC order.

Write each spelling word three times each.

Write 10 sentences using spelling words When you use a word in your sentence, you
MUST underline the word and SKIP lines between sentences. . Your sentences
should be at least 5 words long to be a good sentence.

Find five of your spelling words in a Newspaper or in a Magazine and cut them out.
Write a paragraph taping your five words into the paragraph.
Choose ONLY three of the activities above for your spelling assignment this week. ALL
activities, including this sheet, are to be completed and turned in by Friday. Any points over
100 will be counted as extra credit. There will be a test over the words on Friday.
