spelling words! Be sure it makes
sense and has capital letters and
punctuation throughout!
Picture Spelling
Pick 8 spelling words (words you
can draw a picture…example:
fireplace) Draw the picture and
color it, leaving the spelling word
out. Write the answer upside
down under the picture in small
handwriting! 
Write your spelling words and
circle all of the vowels.
Write your words in
pyramid form.
Ex: c

Do jumping jacks while
spelling each of your
words. Have a parent
initial below that they

back of your paper to
add up how much each
word is worth.
